Tuition Fees for Undergraduate students (enrolled in degree programs, or as independent students) who are Canadian or have Permanent Resident (Landed Immigrant) status:

Effective Fall 2000, all registered Quebec university students must have a “Code Permanent” which is issued by the Quebec Ministry of Education. Students who have not yet submitted Code Permanent documents have been charged a Code Permanent fee of $319 per credit in addition to tuition and other fees.
